One of the main advantages of our CRM over competing packages is the ability to fully integrate with the rest of the system, which eliminates the large amount of double entry of data which would normally be required when using a standalone CRM system. With the option of including up to 16 additional fields for each call centre record the possibilities for tracking and responding to calls are almost endless. Full training in the CRM system is included as standard when you purchase the Ostendo package from us.
